The yeti built their original homes deep in the mountains of Talania. The industrious yeti built vast communities and linked them with an amazing system of bridges and roads that connected one mountain peak to another. Deep inside the mountain peaks were intricate honeycombs of connecting caverns.

The yetis' plans of expanding their communities were slowed as several yeti who had been contacted by the dragons began showing up late for work or not at all. These offenders said things like, "Certainly we can finish these tasks tomorrow, or perhaps another day." These excuses soon began to spread as more and more yeti began missing work.

Eventually, the work stopped and the yeti began drifting apart. Many disappeared, the rest became hermits, always finding an excuse of why it would be better to look for each other "tomorrow" or "maybe the next day." Preferring solitude, they now rarely leave their caves. At times, they can be friendly, even happy to have visitors to their caves. If they wish to be left alone, they can use their two sets of powerful claws or a deadly embrace which only great strength can break.

Because of their long white fur and their wish to be left alone, yeti can hide in a snow storm or a snow bank quite easily. Yeti stand between seven and eight feet tall and look like large white gorillas.

Just listening to their "Wait until later," excuses can transfer the Procrastination Sin Enchantment, which is fought with the LightRaider's Faithfulness. Self Control is damaged if one becomes a victim of this enchantment. Those affected will make up all sorts of reasons why a certain task can wait until "later".

Still another said, "I will follow you, Lord; but first let me go back and say good-by to my family."
